Our Approach
We believe in the saying that you often 'can't see the wood for the trees' when in a conflict. Simply because you are too closely affected by its outcome. We therefore take a highly customized and non judgemental approach to each of our clients' conflicts, believing that a solutions and 'situation' based focus invariably gets around any personal animosities that typically underpin most conflict situations. Working closely with you to understand your objectives both in the short term, as well as for the relationship over the long term, we believe we can help you to solve any conflict in a timely and effective manner, and still keep any important relationships intact.
